Blotch is a hand and rod puppet from the film Kermit's Swamp Years. He is a green bullfrog puppet who goes to Wilson's pet store with Goggles. He was built by James Wojtal and performed by John Kennedy.
Personality
Blotch is a bully who pushes the three main frogs (Goggles, Kermit and Croaker) around. When he and Goggles are kidnapped, they gradually become friends. All 4 make a safe return to the swamp.
