Cartoon Version
Roy is a hand and rod puppet from Kermit's Swamp Years. He most notible appearance is when he talks to the frogs when they enter Wilson's Pet store. He is performed by Bill Barretta.
The same puppet was also used as a nameless extra in Billy Bunny's Animal Friends.
